Our Forum’s envoys to the November IBPC
Thursday October 28, 2004
Internet connection glitches kept us out of the October InterBoard Poetry Competition, and the profusion of excellent nominated poems in the IBPC folder made it all the more difficult to select only three to represent our Forum in this month’s competition, but we have done it. We’re proud to announce our entries: “Forbidden Tundra” by Melissa A. Resch (BostonArtist), which was the deserving winner of our recent challenge inspired by Arielle Greenberg’s “Pentecost”; “My Only Swerving,” T. Obatala’s lovely polished prism; and “A View,” another of Farkas’ spare fables. Kudos & luck in the judging to our three poets, and thanks to everyone who offered nominations or posted permissions.
