Joan Houlihan
September - December 2001 Judge, InterBoard Poetry Competition

Joan Houlihan's work has appeared or is forthcoming in: The Gettysburg Review, Fine Madness, Larcom Review, The Spoon River Poetry Review, Harvard Review, Poetry International, Black Warrior Review and The Marlboro Review, among others. Joan taught writing and literature at Pima College in Tucson, Arizona before becoming a technical writer for the computer software industry. She currently lives in the Boston area with her husband and twin teenage sons. Joan's column, Boston Comment, appears periodically on Web del Sol and deals with contemporary poetry issues.
