Like all the Guides at About.com, we are real people. You can email us at poetry.guide@about.com. If you wish to direct your mail individually to one of us, please put either “BOB” or “MARGY” at the beginning of your subject line.

We try to answer all email messages promptly, & as time permits, we will gladly assist you in locating information about a particular poet on the Net or trying to identify a particular poem you can't quite remember. Often, however, you will get a quicker response to your query if you post it on our Poetry Forum.

Please don't ask us to do your term paper research -- you will find many sources of research information in our links libraries. Likewise, we cannot offer individual comments on your poems -- the Poetry Forum is the place to post them for feedback from readers.

We are always happy to hear about interesting Web sites, to get your reactions to our weekly features, & to know what you'd like to see more of here at About Poetry. If you do submit a site for review, please identify it by putting “LINK SUGGESTION” in your subject header. We receive many suggested urls & it may be a while before we are able to review your site for possible inclusion in our links libraries, but be assured, we will do so.

Margy checks the Poetry Forum at least every other day, & we have a growing community of poets & poetry lovers there. If you post a poem, ask a question or start a discussion, you will get input from a variety of voices.
